LEANNE FUITH

Leanne Fuith is dedicated to helping her clients solve their employment law problems including discrimination, sexual harassment, whistleblowing, breach of contract, non-competes, unemployment hearings and other employment claims.

Ms. Fuith is admitted to practice in the State of Minnesota and is a member of the Minnesota Chapter of the Employment Lawyer’s Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Dakota County Bar Association.

Ms. Fuith earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Journalism and Marketing Communications from the University of Wisconsin (River Falls). She graduated cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law where she was on the Dean’s List and also received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Negotiating and Drafting Business Agreements. Ms. Fuith has served as a Guardian ad Litem and volunteered with the ElderCare Rights Alliance. Before pursuing her legal career, she worked in corporate communications as the director of client service for an agency serving Fortune 500 clients and in affinity relationship marketing for Thomson Reuters. She relies heavily on her business experience in business matters and commercial lawsuits.

Ms. Fuith lives in Lakeville with her husband and daughter. She continues to work as a freelance writer and marketing consultant and is active in her community. She serves as the vice chair for the Lakeville Early Childhood Family Education Advisory Council and as a member of the Lakeville Community Education Advisory Council.
